Currently, the arguably “best” smartphone display can be found on Nokia’s Lumia 920. With a resolution of 1280 x 768 and 332ppi, it just beats Apple’s iPhone 5. Samsung is clearly embracing the Google Chrome OS, but is also doing it with a cautious edge with a Series 5 update and a Chromebox desktop product due for release.
Samsung clearly had the Mac Mini in mind when it came up with the newly announced Samsung Chromebox, a desktop computer running Google’s Chrome OS.
Although Samsung won’t release the specs, it confirmed the device will come packaged with a wireless mouse and keyboard combination. The Chromebox also includes five USB 2.0 ports on the exterior, along with DVI, a DisplayPort and headphone jack.

Acer kicked off the CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2012 with the launch of the world’s thinnest Ultrabook, the Aspire S5, at just 15mm at its thickest point.
Acer have just announced the Aspire S5 at the CES 2012, claiming it to be the thinnest Ultrabook yet.
The 13.3-inch MacBook Air rival arrives with a Onyx black magnesium alloy body, an Intel i-Series processor and is only 15mm at its thickest point.
The device weighs in at 2.97lbs (1.3kg), while Acer is also pushing the MagicFlip I/O, a flap at the back of the device which reveals HMDI, USB 3.0 and Thunderbolt connectivity when lifted.

As the battle begins for the best product from CES Acer have officially come out with a full-HD, quad-core Iconia tablet set to make a stir.
Acer recently announced that they have a full-HD quad-core Tegra 3 tablet in the works that will head up their Iconia Tab range in the form of the A700.
While initially focusing on their cloud-based ventures, the press conference at CES (Consumer Electronics Show) then ended with the company announcing that they would be launching an Android Ice Cream Sandwich tablet in the near future.
