Currently, the arguably “best” smartphone display can be found on Nokia’s Lumia 920. With a resolution of 1280 x 768 and 332ppi, itjust beats Apple’s iPhone 5. However, it looks as if this all might soon change, with a recent report by Asiae claiming that Samsung is allegedly planning to introduce a 4.99-inch AMOLED display with a full HD resolution and a ppi of 441 — 100 pixels per inch more than on the iPhone 5.
